Step 1 – review terms of kitchen use here
Step 2 –complete the producers questionnaire here
Step 3 - once your questionnaire is completed and we have your business documents on file our culinary department will be in contact with you. We will discuss onboarding, what production shifts look like (3 hour min 72 hour cancelation), storage (based on size of package hours purchased), kitchen hour availability (school has exclusive use Monday - Friday 8am-4pm), and all kinds of other fun details etc.
Step 4 - purchase membership, package hours and pay deposit.
